CLASSIC CROISSANT
Handmade with Edinburgh Butter Company cultured butter.
SIGNATURE CINNAMON BUN
The bake we are most proud of, soft, buttery gooey, spiced and comforting.
CUSTARD BRIOCHE BUNS
Soft fluffy brioche stuffed with custard and a daily changing fruity filling
Soft fluffy dough, stuffed with fillings such as bacon jam and cheese sauce; or peppers, baba ghanoush and fennel.
Potato dauphinoise, lamb tagine, beef bourguignon, chicken pastilla. The filling possbilities are endless. Wrapped in homemade flaky puff pastry.
Bread baked daily in house. Ask about our daily loaf.

QUICHE and FRITTATA
We have a range of freshly baked quiches and gluten free frittatas every day.

Baked fresh every day, choose from haggis, black pudding or fennel. Wrapped in home made puff pastry.
SWEET TARTS
Classic lemon tart, salted caramel custard tart, chocolate and passionfruit. At least one choice of tart a day.
SPONGE CAKE
Every day is different. Ranging from Victoria Sponge; chocolate fudge cake; ginger loaf; coffee, fresh fig and hazelnut to orange and cardamom.

From Paris-Brest to seasonal eclairs, we love to bake!

COFFEE
From independent Perthshire coffee company Unorthodox Roasters. Freshly brewed espresso awaits!
TEA
Sourced ethically and blended in Edinburgh by Pekoe Tea.
SOFT DRINKS
We serve a plenty of soft drinks and a selection of fruit juices too.
DAY TO DAY, WE DON'T TAKE BOOKINGS
We are a takeaway business with a few seats inside to shelter from the weather.

ABOUT US
Established in 2025, Emily has taken over what was the Spence art gallery in Crieff, after leaving local 5 start hotel, Cromlix as the Head Pastry Chef. With 15 years experience in the hospitality industry Emily started Ems and Co. to present delicious and simple food, with an emphasis on the bountiful Scottish produce available on our doorstep. Emily previously ran a cafe under the same name in Dingwall, but moved to Perthshire to live with her partner and two step-children. She can't wait to welcome you all to the shop in Crieff!
